Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Appointment-Only Bookings

I understand that sometimes life can be unpredictable, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review my cancellation policy below:

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

24-Hour Notice Required:

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client waiting for a session.

Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost. This fee helps cover the time and resources reserved for your session.

Missed Appointments:

The entire session fee will be charged if you miss your appointment without prior notice. This is because the time was exclusively reserved for you, and we could not offer it to another client.

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. I will do my best to accommodate your new preferred time.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are only available for cancellations with at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel your appointment within the appropriate time frame, you may choose to receive a full refund or apply the payment towards a future session.

Non-Refundable Situations:

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or for missed appointments. However, in the case of an emergency, don't hesitate to contact me directly, and I will work with you to find a solution.

How to Cancel or Reschedule:

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please email me at chikotherapy@gmail.com or message me on TikTok. I will confirm your request as soon as possible.

Late Arrivals:

If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, please note that the session may still need to end at the originally scheduled time to respect the next client's booking.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be considered a missed appointment, and the full session fee will apply.
